Kurmanbek Bakiew, Kyrgiz prezident demanded that the diplomatic immunity woud be lifted off the american soldiers on Gansi airbase in Bishkek and that they would answer before the Kyrgiz law for the criminal acts they committed on the Kyrgiz, not american, territory.
He also demanded that the person who killed a man with the Russian name of Alexander Ivanow would not leave Kyrgizia before the investigation is complete.
Kyrgizstan is a middle asian former republic of the USSR located on the steps of larger Hymalayas and is bordering northeastern China. Kyrgizs look a lot like Chinese themselves.
In the meantime, the presence of a US airbase in Gansi, Bishkek was previously marked by similar accidents, one time us airplanes polluted the beautiful Fergana valley dropping tons of toxic fuel over the blossoming land and later on the plane of the prezident of Kyrgizia (with the president on board) was struck by US hercules plane, was damaged and could not fly.
Now american soldiers are shooting dead the locals... and the man appears to be a Russian???
