The natural location of Beskida and Gorgana slopes around Slavsko has created a unique microclimate due to which pleasant not windy weather is present in all seasons and snow is present till April. Slavsko is the center of ski sport, tourism and rest in a picturesque meadow of rivers Opir and Slavka in the level of 501 m over the sea. This corner became a mecca of skiing in winter and the center of tourism in summer. Natural location of mountain range Beskidy and Gorgana around Slavsk has created a unique microclimate that provides peaceful weather with large quantity of snow in winter and is stably keeping till the end of April. If you go by your car then there is a way to Slavsk near the main highway Kyiv-Uzhgorord in 2 km from Skole. Reaching the distance of 20 km you will be in the center of your aim just in 20 min.By trainIt is also very comfortable to reach the place by train as Slavsko is located on the distance of 120 km from Lviv and in 60 km from Striy. All the trains with East-West direction have an obligatory stop in Slavsko. The trains that are available currently are: Moscow-Chop, Kyiv-Chop, Kyiv-Uzhgorod, Kyiv-Mukachevo, Kupyansk-Uzhgorod, Kharkiv-Uzhgorod, Kyiv-Vienna.
